- At our first meeting, the priority is to establish your wedding style, theme, size, desired location and budget. We then use this information to build a list of possible ceremony and reception venues.
- Once you have selected your favourite venues from our list, we can do a site inspection of your favourites and establish the pros and cons of each. This gives you the vital information you need to select your venue with confidence.
- Wedding Photography and increasingly Cinematography, are very important parts of a wedding. To capture your memories in the style you wish, takes time and research. We will give you a list of our favourite photographers to start with. Again whittle down the list to your favourites and we will organise introduction meetings to finalise your choice. If you have any recommended photographers or cinematographers, we will research their work and feed back to you whether we feel they will suit your needs.
- The following meetings will cover everything from wedding cakes to flowers, wedding dress, rings, transport, entertainment and much more.
Supplier Management
- Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits for venues and suppliers
- We will be the main point of contact for all your suppliers. Maintaining accurate records and guaranteeing no over-payments or double payments are made.
