At our first meeting we’ll discuss your wedding style, theme, size, desired location and budget. Using this information we’ll build a list of possible ceremony and reception venues. This list will be emailed back to you, for you to start selecting your favourites.
The second and third meetings cover wedding photographers and cinematographers. During this time we can show you some of our favourite vendors work. Give you some tips for what to look for and research other photographers that might have been recommended to you, by family and friends.
The fourth, fifth and sixth meetings are big ones. With these meetings we go through many different areas of your wedding such as: wedding cake, flowers, dress, rings, transport, entertainment and more.
The seventh meeting is to make sure that all plans are on track and address any issues that may have arisen.
The eighth and final meeting is to make sure that all suppliers have been confirmed with their deposits and final payments made where appropriate. Cover rehearsal arrangements and if all is well we can turn to the fine touches for your wedding, or maybe even plan some special surprises.
